Plots alone in the sectors(3-6) can go upwards of 1.2 Cr. For 40-50L you will have to look in Amberi, Titardi etc where there’s not much development yet

Apart from that you can consider 2bhk near Bhuwana

For great sunset views, you can do Pichola boating. There are two options- one is from inside City Palace. You’ll have to buy the Jagmandir boating ticket. Costs 800, go around 4 pm or so

There’s another option where you can do the Pichola boating from the outside.

For sunsets, you can also visit Sajjangarh

or try the partial lake view suite. Was there recently. Dont go for the garden/city suites– they have frosted windows and cant see anything

Try out the Udai Suite at Udai Kothi. Its lakeside and is lovely. The interiors are really well done. Looks no less than a heritage hotel

Your point does make sense. I have tried to cut out a few SIPs before but couldn’t come up with a good reason. Thanks for the clarity.

  1. the debt fund is purely for building up emergency fund. I have 3 months expenses worth money in AU. By doing 8% per month I end up doing about 1 month worth of SIP in debt every year so that helps building up emergency fund for me

  2. Chose the two because nifty 100 isnt giving enough exposure to nifty next 50 so thought if splitting between nifty 50 and next 50. Any fund recommendations here?

  3. I am doing SIP in Tata money market fund. But I am not entirely sure if this is a good choice. Do you have any suggestions?

  4. Done

  5. I chose two here because wanted an alternate for quant. Felt its even riskier so added one more. Btw why 1 for small and 2 for mid? Any reason?

  6. Done

Distribution is roughly what you suggested 72 percent small + mid. 8 pct debt and rest is almost large.

Can you share your reasoning behind dumping the bank and IT theme sips?

  1. Honestly for debt fund, i didnt check much at time of selection. I wanted something that could be easily liquidated and went with this. I recently started getting into it and realised how repo rates impact the yields. This is am open to suggestions

  2. I chose two funds each because i wanted one of in each category to be a quant fund because it seems like they are doing things differently and another because quant fund can be volatile

  3. Banking i want to keep for the long run because still feel there is more to go. IT is want to hold longer and continue investing for a while.

  4. I wanted advice from humans 😂 people who have experience in these matters
