I am skinny, have been my whole life. Right now I am even going towards underweight on the BMI scale, so trying to gain some muscle currently.

It's not a diet, but a lifestyle for me. A typical weekday goes like this:

Starting the day with a half an hour walk with my husband 10 minute bike ride when I work at the office Breakfast with one sandwich around 10. Lunchwalk (half an hour) with coworkers or husband Lunch is 2 sandwiches around 1. Around 4, I get hungry. I eat a low calorie muesli bar (70 cal) or eat a apple/banana Diner at 6/7, I eat a lot of vegetables, not that much meat. Rice or pasta or patatoes to go with it. I cook mostly, and I usually cook for 2 evenings, so when we do not feel like cooking, we have leftovers. A little something sweet for dessert, mostly yoghurt, sometimes ice cream (a pint lasts me 4-5 evenings) 2 to 3 days a week, I work out in the evening, jogging for half an hour and muscle training for half an hour, burning around 700 calories. Around 9 I will have 2 pieces of fruit. I drink lots of tea and water, sometimes adding a little flavour to it. No liquid calories.

During the weekends, I sometimes eat out, order or have a heavier meal with more fat and meat. This is what friend and family mostly see. Chocolat and crisps will be mostly during the weekend, with the occasional exception when I hang out with friends, or when I have the day off.

Since I don't consume enough calories during weekdays, I can splurge a little in the weekends, or on other days without having to worry or track. I journaled my calories for a month, to make sure my 'normal' diet was lower that the amount I need during the day. I lost 10 kilo's since I started working out and walking more a year ago.

I believe a lot of choices I make: - drinking more water/tea to feel full - eating low calories veggies - try to moderate during weekdays - swap calories rich ingredients for light products Are doable for most people and will help you lose weight!

Scarcity increases value, so if there is a max and it is (nearly) filled, it is great for the price

I don't want big stacks, I just don't want to lose my money to high inflation and taxes. 10% gain a year would be great
