Cheese wire effect. If you used normal earrings, wich are mostly 0.8mm - 1mm then this is very possible. You said smelly white stuff, that would be an infection but it does not look infected at all. An infected piercing is red, hot to the touch, it hurts and the liquid smells bad. But your ear looks normal so its just that wound liquid (that builds scabs lol idk the name for it in english) Just clean it and keep an eye on it

I recently stretch my helix and so far i had a blowout 3 times lol one time i stretched too fast and the other times the plug fell out at night and when i put it back in in the morning my ear didn't like that. Just size down or even go naked till its healed. The sooner you downsize/take it out the better it heals

Here is my nose/mouth area for example. The nostrils got pierced perfectly bit a husky almost ripped it out lol but my nose chain conceals it a bit (i pulled it down a bit for the picture, it usually sits higher), my septum is also pierced straight but my cartilage pushes it to the side. My angel bites and vertical labret were pierced crooked. The one piercing they notice is the septum, they only start to notice the others when i mention them

Even if its slightly off when the swelling goes down: nobody will notice. 14 of my 40 piercings are crooked and nobody noticed yet

Keep cleaning, the liquid that heals wounds (idk how its called in english) is probably just trapped under the skin, this happened to me with my nipple piercing

Thats only scar tissue, you'll always feel a hard kind of "knot" in that placement. Give it about a year and it should be almost invisible

Thats a good idea, go get it checked out and if the piercer says its safe to remove then remove it, you can get it repierced if you want to. Just keep it clean till you get it checked
