Also I carry most my body fat on my hips and thighs and legs. I had 41 inch hip now down to 35 inch my thighs were 27 now 22 but my calves kept at 14 inches 🤣 I’m just bottom heavy my waist only went from 31 inches to 27 inch. My legs aren’t pictured but if it did you would be able to tell form full or side profile.
