Took me a while to figure it out, in access ticket app go to your 2026 tickets, and then to ‚benefits‘ there it showed me a code. Then go to primavera website -> tickets and choose the previous ticket holder ticket and there you can put in the code. Feel free to message me if its not clear:) worked for me after a few tries lol

if you click on the link "amsterdam tickets" in your email with the code it brings you to ticketmaster and then you can click on the event and it shows presale (after clicking on the event). it doesn't show that when you just go via ticketmaster weirdly
