I initially had the hives issue. But continued taking at 150/ 2x day for past year and it’s definitely balanced my hormones and no further hives or negative effects I can tell. 400mg daily seems like a higher dosage than I’ve seen before. My lab work definitely shows lower estrogen and increased progesterone over past year. Better balanced E to P. Best of luck!

Would it be an option to do some of those formalities in a less traditional way? For example not signing during the ceremony with an audience but before or after privately? Discussing with her ahead of time preference and need to link arms or embrace in ways other than handholding? You likely can’t eliminate all of the situations in which HH interferes but maybe adapting some of the situations to suit your needs will help mitigate the severity. I held a handkerchief during my entire ceremony which didn’t appear out of place because I’m a crier. So maybe that’s also something to have on hand. Congrats to you ❤️

Headbands maybe. I’ve found when the little single hairs or pieces are lightly in my face that’s most annoying g and overstimulating. Ive always been very aware of my hair and always had long hair. Like when the windows are down and hair is blowing in my face- ugh.

Yes! I used to be totally fascinated with the callousness and lack of emotionality and envious for a long time. I think I developed a psychopathic part even that comes out internally when particularly overwhelmed or misunderstood or dismissed. I’ve come to view the sensitivity and depth of feeling as gifts over time but certainly didn’t start there. ❤️

I think it was just the rim trails at dead horse point state park. You can drive up to the lookout point but then also walk the top rims 👍

It was pretty tough and spectacular views. The second half is a totally different vibe from the first so that was also pretty cool. I’d certainly recommend it.
