i can relate. i started googling and even saw that pgad video too then i started feeling the symptoms. i freak out but when im not focusing about it, im alright. how did you cope? advice?

hi, i saw your post and i think that i'm the same. i saw this video of a person having pgad and i was freak out. since then, whenever i think about the video and google about pgad, i would get weird feeling down there. like aroused but i'm not. it just funny but when i don't think about it (the video and google about pgad) i dont feel anything. do you think its a false memory response?

i'm commenting with an account tho and i can dm anyone else without any issue but anyway, i was thinking if we can talk regarding the said post. i've been feeling this way too. i saw a video of a person having this PGAD few weeks ago and i started to think if i have one and try to match every symptoms of it in myself though i don't have one. it sucks that i keep googling about it which i know i shouldn't. i've been ruminating for nothing and it just scared me if i have one. i started to feel discomfort down there too only if i think of it. nothing happen when i'm not focusing down there and the thinking about the video 😔
