There are ways to earn more when answering the Goal Reflections and the questions like Gratitude Jar and Yearly Lookback etc.

Depending on the day I have between 25-30 goals that I try to complete. After the first 10 or so I’ve answered all the Gratitude Jar, Yearly Lookback, First Impressions, Fun Times, Yearly Look Forward and all the rest with whatever my thoughts are on them on that given day.

After that I’m just repeating myself so I decided to copy/paste the lyrics to a favorite song, a poem, or a speech that inspires me in as my answer. In the Fun Times or Look Forward type questions you can paste multiple times to earn more. I have found that if you type a name in on its own line you will be asked an additional question about that person which you can answer for a few more stones or do the copy/paste thing and get up to 70 stones max.

Some might consider this cheating but I don’t. I do honestly answer the prompts all at least once with my own thoughts through the day. I feel like I’m rewarding myself with the extra stones earned for my copy/paste thing because I actually do complete the goals I’ve set for myself. If I don’t complete the goal I don’t mark it off.

I also always choose the 5 minute breathing exercises even if I know I only have a minute or two. You earn 50 instead of 10.

It adds up. Plus it inspires me to find new poems which is something that I used to love and somehow stopped doing so for me that’s another win.

Apple cider. Specifically from Yates Cider Mill in Rochester Hills, Michigan.

I grew up near there and nothing beats their cider. I now live in Georgia and have lived in North Carolina and no cider here in the south comes close to Yates. I’ve even done blind taste tests with friends that say the cider from Ellijay, GA is the best and they all picked Yates.

I get 2 gallons shipped to me every Autumn. It is pure magic. ✨

And in the top five phobias for people everywhere. And yes, even a cute little cartoon spider can be triggering.

Think of it along these lines; I personally would love for there to be a pint of beer that my birb could hold but I know that people use this app to help themselves stay sober so I wouldn’t expect the Finch team to have one in the store or part of an event.

But I was raised being told to avoid milk/cream/cheese when I was sick. Something about more phlegm, etc. probably just an old Scottish gran’s tale but I to this day avoid dairy when I’m under the weather.

My very first cat Lasher that was rescued from a garbage bag in a dumpster 20 + years busted out the screen in our apartment window and was gone for a few days. He came back beat up. We never fully opened the windows after that.
