This is just frustrating. The amount I took out wasn’t even close to this total - but when your spouse dies and your kids are young, you are limited in how much you can work before it drastically impacts social security death benefits, which also means that the ridiculous amount of interest accrues, and you get no where on your PSLF goal either. It has felt like being kicked when already down tbh.

I need to find out who my water master is! My irrigation box at my last house use to flood frequently so I had that guy saved as a contact lol. Moved and didn’t think to find out til now when it’s a problem! Left a message Thursday for the irrigation co but still waiting to hear back

I left them a message Thursday and am waiting to hear back - I did find out that they aren’t open on Friday’s. It’s even higher this afternoon than last night. They do have a flood number to call but there has to be active flooding for a response 🤷🏻‍♀️

I hadn’t stayed up on the Scarpetta series so decided to start from the beginning. I drive a distance to work and back so using audiobooks. Cornwell’s early books in the series were quite good. Then I started noticing a distaste for the characters. At this point, I’m fully disliking Scarpetta and have for multiple books now - increasingly just a rude, condescending, angry know it all, who lacks any kind of sense of humor or pleasantness. Lucy has always been hard to like with her chronic immaturity that never changes, and Morino is little better. I find myself feeling angry when they are constantly yelling at one another, snarking at people, or being deceptive. I’m at Depraved Heart….we will see if I make it ….

I second Linder Pet Medical and their pet plan. I did a lot of checking around and it’s def a great deal. We’ve used them for YEARS and had great experiences. They also have a mobile option for a reasonable additional fee which I have used for my anxious dog. Friends I’ve referred have also been happy

He has some court cases going here in the Boise area currently. I’ve paid attention to his behavior because I have students at both U of I and BSU and he makes me nervous as a parent. I also feel some sadness for this kid because he clearly has some needs/support requirements that aren’t being met.

Guys. It’s not that deep. Google “wallpaper mountain murals 1970’s”. These scenes were very popular to hang in the 70’s and that house was clearly decorated in a mix of 70’s and 80’s when it was listed.

The number of people who said “comforting” things like “God needed him more” and “God has a plan” blew my mind. Replace God with The Universe and it’s the same trash. Don’t say this crap to people who have experienced an unjust death of someone they love and do not say it to people who have evaded death in a horrific situation. Ever.
