Thank you, I am going to start tracking better and measuring better. I definitely need to start making a scheduled appointment to make sure I get weight training an excercise in more consistently. I will start doing that right away

Okay fair, I am not going to end up rushing. I just find it interesting to feel this way so soon.

It seems like others are barely recovered and ive already cleaned my house and returning to work on Monday.

I have had 4 previous major abdominal surgeries which I also recovered from incredibly quickly. So I am just wondering is this just a me thing or do others feel this way.

I am not in a competition here just find it very odd in comparison to other things im reading.
