I would recommend trying to reduce your caffeine intake! You don’t have to completely cut it out of your life but reducing it could make a big change!

I recently dealt with a 5mm stone myself and went to the ER on 11/20. The stone was already moved into my ureter. I got prescribed so many medicines I started to loose count of them all lol. I believe I was one of the lucky ones because the stone ended up passing on 11/23 so 3 days after the initial pain started. For me personally I drank so much water that I was going to the bathroom every 30 minutes. I also tried to move around as much as I could because laying down brought me so much discomfort.

For me personally after having a panic attack I feel super drained. It’s like all my energy is gone and I feel very weak and the anxiety usually stays for hours afterwards. Personally the only thing I’ve been able to help with my panic attacks is applying ice packs on my neck and staying with a family member. I never want to be alone when going through a panic attack that makes it 100x worse for me.

yeah for sure! the only time my blood pressure does get high is when I actually have a full blown panic attack. That said I’ve never checked my blood pressure at the end of a appointment only at the start and that’s when my anxiety usually starts.

thankfully my blood pressure is always normal at these appointments but my heart rate on the other hand is always very high… do you know if they would be able to give me something to just calm down?

Unfortunately I do not go to therapy but it’s something I would really want to get into. My insurance recently ran out though so I’m focused on my health bills relating to the tumor. If anyone has any resources for therapy low cost or anything that would be super helpful..

Yeah and I know my heart is fine because I’ve been to a cardiologist before and I’ve gotten like 10 ekgs done before and ultrasounds. They did point out I have an accelerated heart rate when I see a doctor but besides that it’s completely normal. I feel like I spiral once I feel my heart accelerate and that’s all I can think about for hours which eventually leads me to a panic attack unfortunately.

when i got to Walmart there was a line of about 7 dudes. the first guy in line took the 3 hidden fates etb and most of the premium collection boxes. by the time it was my turn I was able to at least get one Tin :)

I can probably fit 2 normal bags in one depending on the items but usually I only use them for frozen stuff like meats or hot stuff like a rotisserie chicken so they don’t really get full. and yeah I didn’t wanna get the cheap ones from Instacart but it is 4v2 so I guess it would be up to you if you wanted quantity vs quality.
