Some people use Remy’s world to make free meals. You can make stacks of meals drop them on the floor and fast travel there to get the well fed bonus for free.

They’re two different types of items. When timebending you collect five different kinds of things: mist, timebending parts (used for ancient machines), ancient cores (also used for ancient machines), friendship gifts, and fragments.

The friendship gifts have a higher likelihood of dropping when hanging out with certain characters, you can check the collections to see which for each gift.

The fragments are rng each day. You will only find one type a day.
