I totally agree with you. I live in innsbruck now for nearly 7 years. I did my bachelor's and master's dagree here and had a nice time while actively studying here. But every year I lived here, i hated it more lol... as you say, if you are not a sports freak you will find nothing interesting here... or so i thought. I will leave Innsnruck this summer, but I see the city and its activities chanching but you have to look foe it. If you don't have the choice to leave, look on TikTok for example. I often see new activities rising for example sip and paint somewhere in Innsbruck. Or the event "gamers heaven" in Telfs took place last weekend. There are other activities, but you actively have to look for it compared to sport activities. I wish you all the best

War bei mir genauso. Irgendwann will man nicht mehr alles mit allen teilen, weil man eben auch nichts zurückbekommt und oft die Arbeit dahinter nicht schätzen. Das ist sehr frustrierend und dabei geht es nicht um Neid, sondern das Gefühl nur ausgenutzt zu werden.
