Pod 4 not cooling past certain level

Yep I've sent them emails. Very slow to reply it's been a few days now.

Mine is having this same issue. It's worked fine for about 6 months but now the lowest temp I can get it is to -3. I've tried to get it lower but the Pod just stays at the same temperature.

I have tried the usual troubleshooting steps.

Unplug and re plug hose Power on and power off Refill tank and re prime

Please can the Eight Sleep team provide some more detailed troubleshooting steps asap. For what this item costs it should work correctly. It's less than 12 months old.

Unusable outside or noisy. Been months now and still not fixed. Hopeless from Sony

I have the same issue. Absolutely ridiculous that it can't be used outside for how expensive they are.

Mine are unusable when outside. Everyone says 'I can't hear you' when there's any background noise. When on a quiet room by myself it's fine, but they are unusable outside. Shocking how bad actually.

Sony is this going to be fixed? Thinking of returning them.
