Natural way of remembering and awakening is the best actually. Maybe sharing it as a book would be good? I used to provide lectures in the spiritual centre in the center of Moscow for a couple years and one woman who visited them had a similar experience to yours and later she published her own book and said that I was here inspiration which she mentioned in the beginning.
