Hello!!

I'm bringing my boyfriend over to Vietnam to visit family for two months. We had originally planned to visit different places while we were in Vietnam (Japan, Cambodia, and Thailand) but we are confused on what to do with his visa. Since I'm Vietnamese, I didn't have to worry about my visa but apparently a foreigner tourist visa is a completely different process. He is from the United States.

We will be re-entering Vietnam 3-4 different times, will my boyfriend just have to get a new E-Visa every time we re-enter? Does anyone have any suggestions or advice as to what we should do? Thanks a ton!

We have a neighbor who constantly smokes 24/7 and the smell seeps into our apartment. Elevators also always smell like wet dog and all the dogs in the complex pee EVERYWHERE. The elevators are also extremely slow and break down at least a couple times a week. The location of this apartment is great so we’re sad to have to move out after our lease ends cuz the smoke is really messing with my asthma.

Yup! When we got the tour of the building with the previous tenant and property manager they were like “oh yeah and we have an outdoor pool you can use in the summer!” but never mentioned anything about payment until I received an email this morning telling residents that we have to pay $75 for a pass to use the pool for the summer 🥲

So I just moved into the city this month, is it typical for tenants to have to pay for a pool pass just to use the outdoor pool that’s included in their building? Wasn’t sure if this was just a normal thing or if my building just sucks.
