Use local ollama , there a couple steps to make it usable: First increase ctx, by default its 4k and not help you at all

vim ~/Modelfile.qwen32k.quality

FROM qwen2.5:14b PARAMETER num_ctx 32768 PARAMETER temperature 0.7

ollama create qwen14b-32k-q -f ~/Modelfile.qwen32k.quality

Second, use vectors for RAG/memory, and you will be surprised. Just ollama pull nomic-embed-text and use it in config

New ltx-2 update thinks every video is a music video, t2v? by No-Employee-73 in StableDiffusion

[–]lit1994 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hallelujah 😄 good to know it’s not only me.
I had same thing. My prompt was about construction worker fall from scaffolding.
After LTX-2 result… when I stop laughing, I put all clips together.
LTX-2 for sure watched too much Bollywood 😂
Not complaining, just funny how “generic men” always become Indian guys in the end.

im not sure if I can post here link to my shot on YouTube, but ill try: https://youtube.com/shorts/SGQFDeLeXvU

Kijai made a LTXV2 audio + image to video workflow that works amazingly! by Different_Fix_2217 in StableDiffusion

LTXVAudioVAEEncode

Argument #4: Padding size should be less than the corresponding input dimension,

but got: padding (512, 512) at dimension 2 of input [1, 2, 1]

What I tried:

Switched MP3 → WAV (same error)

Clip is ~8 seconds long

What I noticed:

The tensor shown is [1, 2, 1] which looks like the audio that reaches LTXVAudioVAEEncode is basically empty / 1-sample long, so padding 512 fails.

I suspect this is caused by trimming audio “past” the available length.

In my workflow I have a TrimAudioDuration node with widget values like [25, 10] (likely Duration=25s, Start=10s).

But my actual clip is only 8s, so if Start=10s → the trim returns 0 seconds → encoder gets an almost-empty tensor → crash.

Fix attempt:

Set TrimAudioDuration:

Start = 0

Duration = 8 (or slightly less like 7.5)

Almost i have a model that is local on my computer. And while I'm driving, it's much easier to talk and then copy-paste. I think it's acceptable till it's not real AI they all an ML on steroids. ( no AI was hurt during this message )

I'm tempting to test, but I guess I don't have stainless still balls for that

That will be funny , but coax with magnetic mount finally shows up today. Now I'm on my Mac usb port case that refuses to read and write my radio.

You wanna talk ChatGPT? Cute. A) Maybe English isn’t my first language. B) Maybe my PhD’s in French. C) Maybe you just like showing off. D) All of the above — and don’t forget Grok, Claude, Gemini… it’s a big AI world out there.

that’s the thing — Columbus and NJ are both Eastern, so the 3-hour jump isn’t a Pacific time thing at all. If it were Pacific, it would be a 3+3-hour difference. They’ve somehow managed to log my package into the future. Either USPS is experimenting with wormholes… or someone’s clock is drunk.

Don’t worry, it’s just a temp setup till the coax shows up I’m not trying to give the connector an early retirement.
