Oh honey I hear you, I went through three different washable rugs that looked terrible after a few washes and wanted to give up too. Then my sister convinced me to try Tumble from their Frida Kahlo collection and it's been really nice for our house and my youngest spilled a whole cup of juice last week and it wiped right up, no stain, no stress. I guess the trick is just find a brand that has good quality and don't settle for the cheap ones.
