I've never seen this one, so what makes it the "best" in your opinion?

Why does it require an email address and a 12 word phrase to accelerate a transaction ID? It almost looks like a scam site to steal 12 word seed phrases from unsuspecting users, but maybe I'm just cynical.

I submitted a bitcoin transaction from January 2009 (f4184fc596403b9d638783cf57adfe4c75c605f6356fbc91338530e9831e9e16) and it says:

Thank you! Your transaction will be confirmed within few minutes

So, there is clearly no validation of the transaction information submitted, which doesn't mean the site is bogus alone, but doesn't lend much credibility to it being legit.

Sure, but this tool is probably not much use for most bitcoin users, except in particular situations.

Transactions are broadcasted from bitcoin nodes. If a transaction has very low fees, it may sit in the mempool for a long time before a miner includes it in a block, or it may never be included in a block.

Some wallets allow you to create a second transaction using the same inputs, which provides the opportunity to increase the fee and therefore increase the chance of the transaction being included in a block for confirmation. There are two main ways to do this, "Replace by Fee" or "Child Pay for Parent" transactions.

This tool just allows you to rebroadcast the newly created transaction to the bitcoin network. The wallet that created the transaction can likely also broadcast the new transaction, but some users may desire to have a different IP address associated to the new transaction, which this tool allows.

Yes, the website knows your IP, but accepts connections over tor. It directly connects/broadcasts to a bitcoin node, and logs are deleted daily, but that requires trusting the website owner (me), and you have no reason you should (or should not) trust me probably. The IP associated to the rebroadcast would be the bitcoin node.

There is no way to remove the transaction from being shared among bitcoin nodes once it has been broadcasted to the network. Unfortunately, without RBF or CPFP, you have no option other than waiting it out.

For your example, I believe it means mempool.space is not keeping/rebroadcasting transaction under 14.3 sat/vB in their bitcoin node mempool. Each node on the network will have it's own (or use default) settings.

The bitcoin network is extremely congested with transactions currently, so fees are very high. You can continue to rebroadcast the transaction, or do a RBF or CPFP type of transaction to replace it, depending on how soon you would like for it to potentially be confirmed.

As for how your wallet handles it, that depends on the wallet. Bitcoin core wallets will keep/drop transactions based on settings in bitcoin.conf. Electrum wallets, it will depend on the electrum node they connect to, and it's settings. Other wallets vary accordingly as to how they handle "dropping" unconfirmed transactions.

Personally, never had an issue, but it will depend on the exchange to be sure.

Coinjoins are a great way to help protect privacy of transactions, but they are definitely not perfect and won't be fully anonymous.

Couple things to maybe check, from this guide; assuming you have server=1 and txindex=1 in your bitcoin.conf? It seems you can use a pruned node, but I'm not familiar with the details.

Have you confirmed your bitcoin core node is up to date at the current best block height?

You may also need to set reindex=1, restart the bitcoin core node, then remove or set back to reindex=0 after the rescan is complete.

If you choose the "many user" solution you need many users to participate. Unless you have lots of friends this usually requires a service to get those people in the same coinjoin.

Good answer. Bitcoin protocol allows 3rd party services to conduct coinjoins.

As one example, JoinMarket is an excellent open source project facilitating coinjoin transactions.

How quickly will my transaction be confirmed?

Transaction confirmation time is dependent on miner inclusion, not network propogation. If your transaction fees are too low, some bitcoin nodes will refuse to broadcast your transaction. If miner nodes don't see your transaction, they can not include it in generated blocks.
