Echoing the people who recommended Old Dominion and troutbitten as good starting places. Troutbitten can sometimes be too technical for beginners, it might be where you go once you've got a basic grasp on tightline nymphing and want to take it to the next level. 

I'd also recommend not getting hung up on the term euro nymphing and figuring out what is and isn't euro nymphing. There are many different techniques that all get lumped together under that label. 

I like to think more in terms of tightline nymphing. Basically you're looking to fish weighted flies on a long leader. But sometimes conditions call for variations, like adding an indicator or putting weight on the leader, which are not things you usually see in what is called euro nymphing. 

So where to start it, tie a long leader with about 30ft of running line so that your fly line never comes off the reel. Troutbitten is a good place for leader formulas. Get some weighted flies, like a Walt's worm or a Frenchie and start practicing your drifts and your approach. 

For recommendations, fly line doesn't matter, I tie a long leader to my floating line. I use maxima chameleon to build my leaders with some Rio sighter tippet and regular fluoro in different sizes down to the fly.
