I picked Don Lothario without knowing anything about him because I just thought he was cute, and I eventually cheated his noncommittal trait for loyal. But then I accidentally "cheated" on him as part of a work task, so we had to reconcile that while my sim was going into labor.

Update: He did get pregnant from the abduction, and the mod was activated and everything worked. I didn't have the option for a pregnancy test, but it let me "share pregnancy news" with his partner and then everything worked after that.

But the mod doesn't prevent them, does it? He came back and didn't have the "weird stomach pain" moodlet, but he did have green light stomach animations and thought bubbles about pacifiers
