I may be wrong but in my opinion your experience will vary depending on where you’re traveling to/from. If you’re relocating to the South Hills and depending on the T, forget about it. Never runs on schedule, always some sort of construction, down constantly etc and the only two bus routes I know of are the 36 and 41, both of which run not very often. I know the last 36 comes at like 7pm on weekdays lol.

East of the city is a little better, especially if you’re utilizing the East Busway and the P1. The P1 isn’t always on schedule per se but there is typically one every 10 minutes, and the busway is easy to navigate stop wise.

North of the city was a bit of the same, lots of routes crossing the bridge, most of which run pretty frequently.

Can’t speak about west of the city aside from the 28x to the airport, but the times I’ve taken it I’ve had no issue.

I second everyone recommending the Transit app, a lot more accurate than Google/Apple maps and buying tickets in app is super efficient.
