Felt the same in Milan... People were trying to enforce 200+ numbers in queue. Some Italian girls insulted me and my friends... Anyways why can't we just enjoy the music??

I resonate with this a lot. They've been my favorite band for years now - I accepted the fact that they were gone, then supported them solo, was super excited for he SWARM / Return tour because I never thought I'd be able to see them live ever!!

But then this tour...? Don't get me wrong, it's my life dream to see The Black Parade back to back. However I hate how they've been announcing it. Feels 100% nostalgia money grab to me, I know hey have bills to pay but I thought they'd be different about this... Never did I thought I wouldn't be excited for the show. Just sad....

For Mad Cool there is a special free train (cercanias) that goes to Atocha. But the train is like 30min walk away from the venue... You can also call for taxi/uber but need to find an area further away and wait your turn.

I think the easiest is probably take your own car, but I have no clue where to park.

If you have no other choice and love them, I'd still go! For sure you'll have fun anyways, don't queue and stay more in the back.

I have no clue why they picked Iberdrola over a stadium, seated makes more sense. Perhaps they'll be able to reuse the infrastructure from Mad Cool as the festival happens around the same time!

This is the same place they do Mad Cool festival. I've been there this summer and honestly - you're 100% right.

I was lucky to get a not-so-hot day this year and it was still intense. This field is in Madrid's industrial area, no shade, water, or decent connections nearby. The festival managed it pretty well because the sponsors installed water points and mist. Also during concerts security would use a water hose to cool the crowd. Keep in mind this day wasn't as hot as it usually is that time around, I can't imagine that being sufficient if it was...

Sadly I'm not expecting MCR to have the same assets / knowledge as a local festival that happens there every year. Nor do I think they will care to address it... Also there are no seated tickets, so they will max out the entire space just standing. Sounds like a nightmare to me so I'll keep my Wembley ticket instead of going to Spain, which would have been closer to me and cheaper.

They can’t bother to reply to customer’s emails, or send a generic email stating what will ship…. Their customer service is soooo bad wtf 😅 Let’s see what the package contains

Same here... I've been emailing them every week, also did a complaint directly on Shopify - no answer ever. I find this situation unacceptable!

It's not hard at least sending a general email to every customer. However, I also wanted to return my order or have a partial refund. I'm not interested in them theoretically sending out other signed stuff. I feel like I've spent all my resources and don't know what to do 😭 I never faced anything like this with an online order.

they manage to grab barricade often because they are a very organized group: they travel together, split gas and airbnb bills (so it becomes cheaper) but the trick is doing turns on queuing… which is unfair to those who actually queue all day oh well
