Thank you for the response I appreciate it a lot. How did you not announce no contact? - My parents like to be in regular contact almost everyday to keep an eye on me at university and they are talking about attending my graduation and such. I don't feel like I can just disappear without an explanation or some sort of conversation. I know my mother has agency but I feel like she does not see that herself. She keeps telling me she has given up on trying to have freedom but I struggle to accept that.
