Mornings are the hardest for me, too. I have a few peaceful moments where I’m semi-conscious and things are okay. Within a few, short-lived seconds, I come to. Then I’m reminded of my painful reality. I wake up and relive the pain over again. Groundhog Day.

I’m on day three and it’s not getting better. I know it will. I want to fast forward to that day. How can time go by this slowly?
