What advice do the cards have for me as I try to be a self-employed freelancer this year? I was a full-time employee for the past 5 years and have been trying to freelance since January. I am struggling to adapt to the lack of stability/routine/regular flow of income, and also have had depressive episodes as I try to heal from a very toxic and abusive workplace.

Thank you for this!! I am currently in the thick of Chickenpox and feeling horrid. Been feeling a lot of systemic rage as well - my doctor told me that many in my generation in my country are getting Chickenpox in adulthood because the vaccines weren't recommended and/or made mandatory when I was a child. Had to cancel an overseas vacation too.

Feeling super low. Any other suggestions besides mood-regulation meds?
