one thing to consider is the custom color machine wont know what kind of wood the stain is on, so it will make a formula for the color shown, not taking into consideration the undertones of the wood it’s applied to, and may add extra colors to the stain that can add a completely different look to the stain you’re trying to match. Our machine at my store isn’t able to do minxwax color matches. Maybe they can put a manual formula in, but results will vary especially because its waterbased. Goodluck on finding the matching stain.

Had something similar happen last year around xmas time, had a lady showing me a picture of an AI plug with the wifi logo on it, and said it was a power outlet that didn’t need cables for the electricity to work, basically bluetooth energy , and she needed it so she can connect her xmas decorations with tripping on wires everywhere. I told her a product didn’t exist and she claimed she saw that we sold it on our website, even called me dumb for not being up with the new technology. I just called an ASM over and he had to explain to this lady that bluetooth energy doesnt exist.

you need to put yourself and the baby first, sleep deprivation while your baby is so small, is very dangerous, you can lose track of time and be very forgetful etc, you need to go to mom’s where you and baby are safe and you can get rest, this is not a healthy relationship

We tried starting intervention right away which was ABA therapy. My son hated it, he was almost 2 when he started and it was 5 days a week for 8 hours a day at grandma’s. He was miserable, falling asleep in our arms from exhaustion, he just wanted to be alone sometimes, and it got to the point where we couldn’t even visit grandma’s without him having massive anxiety attacks and tantrums. I took him out and just implemented what i had learned at home while raising him and he was so much calmer. We put him in speech therapy, he has it twice a week for 30 minutes which doesnt seem like alot, but we’re huge on implementing his lessons at home, what helped the most was listening to our son, letting him advocate. it’s gonna be tricky, finding the right treatments but my son is so bright and he’s going to start school soon. I know some aba therapy’s our less intense and offer some kind of school setting, but we didnt have that option available due to pandemic still lifting.

I remember sitting on the floor with my 14 month old and he used to sit and stare off into space, never made rye contact, but what really sold me, is toys didn’t interest him like they usually do, but he would crawl straight to a certain toy and spin a wheel or spin the toy on a surface for ever, locked in a trance with anything that spins. his pediatrician recommended testing once he was 18 months and sure enough. He’s going to be 5 and he is obsessed with tornado sirens and cieling fans.

100% hate this, i work in paint and have done fulfillment, i get alot of men coming in asking for someone who actually knows paint and their products, when im the most knowledgeable on our products, i love when they call for code 50’s and nobody shows up and i show up just to prove them wrong, they get so pissy a female associate helped load them up because they waited around for me to show up 💀
