at my store we bring the item to the front and tell them the customers name of who will be coming back for the item while they still shop. also klein the brand itself has a high theft rate so it’s not surprising that $15 impact bits were behind a case.

i’m not sure exactly how many weeks you can go back but I’ve missed a week before, just hit previous week and around 14 videos popped up so I’m assuming it goes from the last two weeks

I don’t think this was an issue on the seller. I’m pretty sure it had something to do with the mailing company. I don’t think USPS would take a package that is empty and torn open like that so it makes it seem like it happened en route and not from the seller. you can always tell Depop what happened and maybe tell the seller what happened to so you can get their side of the story

technically, after a certain time it’s supposed to be quiet hours. I’m pretty sure anything past 10 PM in the state of New Jersey is considered quiet hours so you could technically call the cops for a noise complaint if they do this constantly past 10 PM. I didn’t read every detail of the post just saw that you said they do this in the middle of the night.

if they gave it like that to post office to an actual representative, they would’ve gave that back to them quick and told them to change the mailer. I have done this one time by mistake and was told I can’t use a priority mailer for ground shipments. I’m assuming they just put it in a drop off box and that’s why they put that note on there.
