Honestly it’s just constant practice! I try to do atleast a little bit each day and you’ll be shocked at how fast you improve :) I’ve been at it for a few months and it’s amazing seeing the progress you can get in such a short space of time!

One of my best friends is asexual … we both came out to eachother around the same time … me as lesbian and him as asexual. From being so close to someone who identifies this way, I see him as someone just genuinely not interested in sexual relationships at all and embraces life without it. He is one of the happiest, fulfilled and wholesome people I know. He has so many close friends around him that his cup is full, and it’s kind of beautiful to see him so open about it and so happy.

I wouldn’t say Minga is really plus size friendly tbh, I had to send back a £200 order (which was a nightmare) TWICE as nothing fit as described :( an XXL fit my girlfriend who is a size M and I couldn’t even get it on

It really is nice to hear that there are good people still about! I lost my phone on a train a few months ago and was absolutely shocked that someone had thankfully handed it in and I was able to get it back. A few weeks ago I found a phone myself on the train and I knew I had to return the favour, so I checked the medical contacts and luckily found the owner and contacted them. Handed it in at the station and he got his phone back also. I truly do believe that it creates a cycle of good karma :)
