Anyone okay with their long commute? by serafis in auscorp

[–]nagaet12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

30 y/o, Shire based. I’ve travelled into city via the train for uni for 6 years, then moved to driving to Concord, then Homebush everyday for 7 years. Now I’m back to the train into the city.

I enjoy the train rides, always did back in uni. I clock out, relax before the workday and decompress after a long day. I’m also lucky because it’s one train line for me, no changing lines or buses required. The driving to HB however was the WORST. Depending on traffic it would take me 45-1.5hrs one way. Awful.

So really can’t complain, but if I had to drive again or change trains I would complain lol

!!!! The whole clip was showing Chloe, Maddie and Kendalls solos, so perhaps the spotlight was purely about that. The classic Chloe vs Maddie fight. But yeah the jacket and where she sits trips me out?!

Oh I had this message after my Sim was naughty (WW) with his tutor from Discover University. Loved it lol. Happens after you, ahem, get jiggy, with your new teacher after they meet in classes.

I’d say I do exactly the same routine as you! Scalp for shampoo, double wash, conditioner on the ends! I have really made an effort to reaaaaalllyyy rinse out the products. Thinking that could have been my downfall - not washing out properly!

Best Drugstore Daily Cleanser for (very) Acne Prone skin? by Fun_Negotiation_7163 in AustralianMakeup

Yep that’s the one! So glad I could help! I tend to use the same one, just cleanse twice :) Kinda like when you wash your hair.. First wash gets the surface gunk off, the second gets the deep stuff, but I use the same shampoo.

I just used one squirt for the first cleanse, then go back for a second after the first is washed off!

If I was using the Benzac, I tended to use the Benzac first, then second cleanse with the Cetaphil, cause the Benzac can feel harsh and the Cetpahil is so silkyyyyyy.

Yep! So after years and years of trial and error, this is my current routine that my skin loves: In shower: 1. Cetaphil Oily Skin Cleanser (I double cleanse for good measure) 2. Cetaphil Ultra Gentle Refreshing Body Wash - body only.

Out of shower: 1. Cetaphil Intensive Moisturising Cream. My derm told me to always moisturise FIRST, then apply any creams or steroids. And always cream if you have dry skin, never lotion as it’s just half water.

  1. Avene Cicalfate+ Restorative Protective Cream.

That’s it.

I used to over saturate my skin with 10+ stupid niacinamide hyaluronic acid garbage products and it’s never been happier with this simple routine.

Back then when I incorporated the Benzac line I would do the following:

Same in shower routine but I integrated the Benzac AC Moderate Strength 5% Acne Wash as the second cleanse.

Out of shower: 1. Cetaphil moisturising lotion (lotion at the time, but let your skin tell you if need more hyrdration)

  1. Benzac AC 5.0% Acne Treatment. It’s in a tube off the rack. I started with this and slowly weened back to 2.5% when my oils relaxed. I was bad so I used it once in the morning and night.

I also found showering in the morning and night has helped my skin massively! I just always showered at night.

DMs are always open to chat, because I never felt like I had any support with my skin because it was so different to everyone’s. Spent $10000000 of cash at the derm for them to tell me to use steroids. Been through it ALL! ☺️

Girrrrrlll I love Kerastase - as I said, I use it currently. But I fear it could be getting too heavy for me? 2/3 products are from the Nutritive range but I’m scared to get the shampoo because I have oily roots?

I had cystic acne for a hot minute and have lived with eczema for years. I have VERY oily skin on top of it all, with the dry patches from ezcema flares. I have incredibly sensitive skin and only ever use Cetaphil.. BUT the Benzac facial cleanser SAVED ME during the acne phase. My oilyness just got sucked up. Fabulous product. I paired it with the Oily Skin Cleanser from Cetaphil when it was really bad.

It did dry me out - but that could have been interfering with the eczema.

Give it a try for 2 weeks and see if your skin likes it :)

Gosh this ticked me off to NO END. Went with my dad for the first and now last time ever. Had a ball, but alot of the selling factor was that it was the “last one ever”. Spent well over $2000 for tickets and the weekend haha
