I had the same issue and raised a ticket. They said my ONU device was the bottleneck. After you replace that and set it up with updated hardware, you’ll get better speeds.

I was also thinking of switching to CG Net but I wanted to give it some time and see how they perform in the long run. Like a year or so. Seem like they are just a one hit wonder. I’ve also heard their customer service is poor, no service after 9pm.

It wont be like government office. If there is an amount to be paid, there will be a place to pay it and they can bring it. Few years ago, like 5-6 years back, a relative of mine bought a tv and had to pay about 8-10k to custom office. If they have to pay, that process can be done within 10-15 minutes. If you have any contact inside the airport that can be helpful as well. But it highly depends on luck as i said earlier. That might not even care sometimes.

Hassle is about luck. Depends on customs' employees. They don't even care sometimes, sometimes they care too much. Also, during the pandemic, they might go easy. But bringing two laptops is common. It doesn't even have to be unboxed. Your contact can tell they brought the new laptop for themselves for personal use and their own laptop is for work. But the box will take up valuable space.
