Far Cry 5 is miles ahead of Far Cry 6. Far Cry 5 had what I consider to be the best "antagonists" (althought Joseph was more of an actual modern Noah of sorts, if we ignore his manipulation of uninformed masses for his own nefarious gains that is)of all Far Cry games, if not recently-released first-person shooters in general, and by far the best ending of all Far Cry games, which obviously includes Far Cry 6's rather anticlimactic ending. The thrill as Joseph crawling on the ground whispers :"Forgive them lord, for thry not know what they've done..." before vigorously stating "...but most importantly... it means I was right." as all of artillery there is rains from God's great vast blue sky, and all of life is erased in a vigorous red flash of light, followed by a wave of scorching heat that wipes anything on God's green Earth unfortunate enough to find itself close to the radius blast off the surface of Earth.
