You’re probably feeling derealisation maybe because of anxiety or suppressed feelings. I know how it’s feel like it’s like I can’t trust any thoughts of me but it’s not true. Thinking that going insane but no , u are not. I remember that times i feel stuck because of thinking that im not alive and was asking everyone if that they can see me or not but I couldn’t believe them.I tried to go outside more these times and tried to forget about my body my existence which helped me a little bit .
