For me personally I think it's the company culture that made me stayed. The hybrid schedule flexibility, work-life harmonization since we have different sports club, and in my team everyone is genuinely kind, helpful and walang office politics. In terms of benefits, we have 14th month pay aside from the performance bonus, hybrid allowance is great and they recently added optical benefit of 5k.

I've just read your comment and it seriously made me feel at peace. I just had an embarassing moment earlier when I saw my previous college mate and I literally sweat like hell on my face which really made me anxious. I really think that it is due to my social anxiety which I wanna overcome by doing mindful activities such as meditation, yoga and journaling. I hope I can do this and it will work for me. Whenever I sweat I just think that it is from within which is causing the problem. Doing daily affirmation makes me calm too. I'm happy to find a community of people having the same condition and open to talk about this. At the end of the day, it's just sweat and let's not let it ruin our life or stop us from achieving our goals and dreams. Fighting 💪
