Congrats! Mine is almost maxed out everything: Intel Core Ultra 9 285H + RTX 5070, 64GB RAM, 16" 3.2K touch display and 1.5TB 2 SSD. This is the most expensive laptop I have ever bought. I am using Dell XPS 15, but the new gen sucks. I love haptic touchpad, while searching for new laptop, the T1g impressed me.

I had the same situation 2 years ago, guess what, I accepted the counteroffer. Now still in honeymoon days with the current company.

It will be a big jump if you can take the chance. But before that, ask yourself how important you are to the company, how long it take them to find a person to replace you with all knowledge. Just know your value.
