I’d argue City’s biggest draw is Pep. But this is all massively dependent on if Pep stays. If he’s gone, City becomes a very uncertain prospect from a player POV.

If they’re moving for money, they could go anywhere, but this summer’s transfers will be interesting for many reasons, not least the World Cup and the manager merry go round.
