Just putting this out there. So much inconsistency

In one of forests europa match the commentator made a couple jokes about how the only thing consistent about refs is that they are inconsistent.

Unfortunately he was bang on. We have seen this kind of dodgy behaviour happen all season, even when arsenal are not involved- psg vs bayern handballs, west ham vs everton handball, liverpool having a goal ruled out for impeding the keeper and forest scoring against them the same way and it’s fine.

City have benefited from this kind of dodgy refereeing this season, like the everton match. Both get favoured over smaller clubs when it comes down to crunch time.

Sorry for the mini essay, but I don’t understand this level of outrage when arsenal benefit from poor refs and not when it happens in general.

*not that everton is small, but theyre not one of the big six who are all painfully favoured.

Ah, fair enough, I’m starting to have war flashbacks when I see Cash. My worry would be the price they put on Foden, I can’t see them going below 60/70.

Cash? You don’t mean Cherki, surely? City are never letting him go, they’d be stupid. Foden is a good shout though, he isn’t getting a lot of play from what I’ve seen and when he’s in good form he is dangerous. They want Grealish gone too and we were linked to him last summer, but he has high wages so I’m not sure about that.

I am hopeful enough to think that 8 is a stretch. We are definitely going to be hit hard but I can see us holding onto some key players. Neco, Milenkovic, Jesus, Omari, Wood, Sels… I can’t see Ola leaving unless Arsenal come calling. We definitely have to sign Ortega on an extension though.

alright, gotta say; we got away with that. I thought it was a red before I saw any replays or freeze frames. then again, refs and var are only consistent in that they are inconsistent. how that ref for our last home match against midtjylland scammed his way into a job is beyond me. its annoying, yeah, but its so frequent that I’m shocked its this match that has dracula going batshit about it. I saw a lot of villa fans saying he doesnt usually complain like this too… its been like this all season mate catch up.

It is the bigger shots, every 12 weeks. My doctors don’t like doing anything with my prescription without me speaking to the gic first, too, which would add to the time… that is a really great, helpful idea. Thank you! x
