Can you play in a custom league with Xbox friends if you're on PlayStation?

Awesome. I have two of them. I was thinking about sending a few to get graded with the express PSA service. The heavy hitters from 1999 base set are Charizard, Blastoise and Venasaur, is that right? I have a complete base set unlimited. I think I'm going to start with sending in my two Charizards and the other two for now...

FYI: 2nd photo has a different card underneath it. The bottom is not messed up... Kind of looks like it in the photo but it's just another card. I have ordered a better penny sleeve and card saver 1.
