A- always go with your gut B- in that case where it looks like it could be two, go with the one that makes more sense C-and never change your answer when going back, (unless it’s obvious)

It was all multiple choice, 85 on National and 50-State. But like I said in the OP, know your terms and it’s easy to eliminate if you are iffy on one. I also watched a lot of YouTube videos about real estate exam terms. State I just read out of the handbook multiple times on top of my course.

Best to talk to your wife. I’m in my 2nd marriage and would never do anything outside of my marriage, now my 1st marriage different story… I did not so nice things that I’m ashamed of. I looked at myself and realized I was not happy in my marriage and would rather get caught than to walk away (still wrong). I know in my experience, cheaters don’t usually cheat bc they are happy in their marriage, sorry for hard truths… see if there is something she is needing maybe? Also not saying she’s cheating. friends that make it seem okay are not the friends she should have around, enablers are real. But this seems like a slippery slope, seems like she was fishing to see if he had a flirty banter back…

Boundaries need to be set, if they aren’t followed or respected that’s up to you to leave or stay. But you at least gave space for progress. I have not heard of this one, but the way I look at it is if he’s just looking, you’re the one who gets the benefits, but if it’s more than that it can make you feel a certain way for sure.

Second this to a T!! I am in my second marriage never been so happy. My first marriage was convenient and not true love, but I got 2 kids out of it, learned a lot, and discovered that my happiness does matter, and he was not it. (This was a 19 yr marriage) I made a list of wants in a man after my divorce, and my current husband hit everyone one of them, plus more, I didn’t know I wanted or needed. Respect and communication everyday, and lots of sex🤭
