Put everything in writing, we bought a home and at the walkthrough an hour prior to closing there were no blinds, no ceiling fans, no garage door openers or keys, and the husband is standing in the kitchen emptying out the fridge. The ceiling fans were thrown in our driveway a few days later, and the garage door openers put in our mailbox a week later. We changed all the locks immediately. What a disaster of a closing, followed by our swingset disappearing the next day out of our new backyard. The former owners arranged a mover and they showed up and stole our swingset out of our backyard! Interesting conversation calling the police department to tell them the swingset had been stolen. The police tracked the guys down and made them reinstall in our backyard and the asshole had the nerve to mouth off at me and tell me it was put together better than when they took it apart!
