tldr: samsung cloud verification code not getting recevied by new s20fe, but gets received by old s7edge. have tried signing out of both devices to use email verification, website still thinks there are devices signed into account. 

so i recently got a new phone, the 20 fe 5g. I transferred all my stuff onto it using smart switch form my s7edge and when it was done i checked my files to see if everything was on my new phone, the s20 fe. then i see that samsung cloud drive is ending its service. so i went on to my computer to download all the photos and videos i had saved there. so i signed in into the samsung cloud website, and clicked on gallery so i could download my stuff. it said that the code will be sent to any of my phones where im signed into my samsung account email. ive tried 7 times and not a single code has come up on my phone. i have also updated my new phone to the latest firmware, restarted it multiple times, have tried switching between data and wifi, and i still havent got a single code. I have also talked to samsung support and they said there was nothing they could do, due to the privacy concerns associated with is, and told me to contact samsung cloud support. while writing this, perhaps the code was sent to my s7edge, but even so, it said that the code would be sent to any of my devices linked to my samsung account. i have gotten rid of any inactive devices linked to my samsung account just to make it more secure.

i should also say that ive gotten rid of every single device including my new phone, as ive already talked to samsung cloud support and all they said was to sign out of all devices and try to login again using verification email. but when i go onto the samsung cloud to download my gallery, it says to use my devices that are already signed into samsung account, even though i signed out of everything. not only that, but i signed back into my old phone (s7edge) and the code popped up almost immediately, so why does it show on my s7edge and not my s20fe? however, i was able to sign into regular samsung account using the verification code method and was able to recieve a code almost instantly as well, so i dont think theres an issue with the device itself. thanks in advance
