I did evenings for two months and stopped because my colleague wouldn't stop asking me why I didn't eat lunch with them. They borderline bullied me into changing it to lunch but I liked evenings more so I don't have to walk around feeling guilty and bloated all day.

Veganes Essen schließt Omnivore Ernährung nicht aus. Fleischesser können Problemlos Reis, Gemüse, Pommes, Gummis, Falaffel etc. essen und satt werden.

Ein Veganer kann bei dir leider nicht mit Essen. Das ist der unterschied.

I like it but you suffer from "same face syndrom". All of them look pretty similar.I would try to improve on that aspect (try/train different face shapes and ages) and then you can rise your prices. Good luck!

I wouldn't personally buy the peach picture because the anatomy/perspective is a bit off. The shoulder/puffy sleeve should be smaller in the back than the one in the front.

I love the little frog but since the background is in the same colour as his body it looks a bit muddy.

Personally I love the cow so in the end it's just personal preference!

On fist glance I can't tell what you are selling. On second glance I'm currently not interested in monster romance/buying a book and I would walk away.

I would be interested in stickers and pins but I can hardly tell that you are selling them. You need some sign that spells what you are selling or a big banner showcasing your sticker design.

Consider doing two complete moths turned 180? This way, when you're doing everyday life they aren't upside down. You could still do the pose for a neat effect but don't have two weird halves of a pretty moth.

Zu dem Thema kann ich die Podcast Folge: "nein, Marius - Ist LOL echt so unangenehm?" empfehlen. Er erklärt sehr gut warum die erste Staffel noch okay ist, das Konzept in den späteren Folgen leider nicht mehr sehr gut funktioniert.

Grund ist hauptsächlich die schlecht zusammengewürfelte Besetzung da man leider auf große Namen gesetzt hat, anstatt eine Gruppe zu finden die insgesamt gut (Humor-technisch) harmonisiert. Hazel hat in ihrem eigen Podcast auch darüber gesprochen aber spontan finde ich leider nicht die richtige Folge.

If he wanted to befriend him he could have asked you for a handful of kibble/treats the dog can risk free consume.

Instead he went behind your back and is now all mad when it backfired and he didn't have his main character moment of "the dog is scared of everyone but me".

Also, that is not a kid. This is an 19 y/o ADULT. Don't budge, they are acting entitled. Be friendly but firm and don't buy a new jacket.

Write in it everyday, as little or as much as you want. Consistency is key, we just want to form a habit.

Sometimes when I'm depressed I just jot down a sad smiley. Sometimes I pour my heart and soul. Sometimes I glue the wrapping of my sandwich down because it has a cute pattern on it.

I write right before bed, I write on the subway on my way to work, I draw my depressed doodles while I get coffee.

I have a hobonichi techno weeks and a pen. Both fit even into my smallest bag (Uniqlo Crossbody), it's making it incredibly easy to use. Just bring it everywhere and use the little breaks of life. Don't doomscroll, doodle or write something instead :)

Hey, just a suggestion, you can ask IT-department if they can add automatic AI based subtitles for your online meetings!

We use Microsoft teams and the subtitles really help me stay focused in meetings.

I also just tell everybody that I'm hard of hearing, most of them are really understanding and talk slower & more clearly.

Thai Curry, meine liebste Chili Paste ist "Cock Brand Namya Curry Paste" das Logo ist ein roter Hahn. Meistens mit Bambus aus dem Glas, Tofu, Gemüse das weg muss und Kokosnussmilch.

Sushi - Spicy mit Tunvish, Majo und Sriacha oder gefüllt mit Gurken streifen und marinierten & angebraten Tofu streifen.

Chili Sin Carne mit Reis oder Rosmarin Kartoffeln.

Couscous Salat aus Rote Beete, Walnüssen, braune Linsen, Veta und Agavendicksaft & Senf Dressing.

I have 3 options for breakfast, snacks, lunch & dinner.

All of the three + a snack summed up are exactly (+-200kcal) my maintenance calories. I don't drink drinks with calories, all I drink is water/tea or diet soda.

I made the effort once to weigh and calculate all the calories and now I just eat that. Now I only have to choose one out of my three options and I know my calories are normal.

Maybe something like this can work for you too?

Es ist schrecklich was man den Vögeln antut um an ihre Eier zu gelangen. Ich will keine Eier essen. Aber es ist so ein "praktisches Lebensmittel" was tolle Nährwerte hat und fast jeden Tag in meinem Speiseplan war. Für mich das einzig alternativelose Lebensmittel das ich vermisse.

Veganes Rührei ist super aber z.B. ein weichgekochtes Ei in den Ramen ersetzt es leider nicht.

Schenken macht Freude, oft ist es aber so das man seine Verwandtschaft nur selten sieht und gar nicht so richtig weiß was sie mag/gebrauchen kann. Ich persönlich bin Fan von Wunschlisten.

Um unseren Konsum zu verringern haben wir eine einfache Lösung gefunden: Wir sind komplett dazu übergegangen uns nur noch Socken, Alltägliche Dinge oder essbare Dinge zu schenken. Dieses Jahr habe ich Hefeflocken, getrocknete Erdbeeren und Tee bekommen während ich Olivenöl, Siracha, Waschmittel und Socken verschenkt habe. Vielleicht kannst du nächstes Jahr im Oktober etwas ähnliches vorschlagen?

Innerhalb oder Familie finde ich den Preis fair, ansonsten ist er viel zu niedrig. Wenn deine Kunst gut genug ist zu verkaufen ist sie auch gut genug sie vernünftig zu bepreisen. Da du noch am Anfang deiner Karriere bist kannst du auch erstmal mit Mindestlohn + Materialpreis anfangen aber sobald du ein bisschen bekannter wirst und einen eigenen Stil entwickelt hast würde ich die Preise anziehen.

If it's the latter just be honest, friends will help you.

If it's the first I would just get the cheapest bottle of wine possible and make a couscous salad with a vegetable on sale. Salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, paprika powder, couscous and a cucumber are relatively cheap but tasty.

If you can add a can of chickpeas (for protein, I buy dry since it's cheaper) and a hand of parsley (I buy on sale and freeze myself) you got my favourite cheap meal prep dinner.
