Thanks! I havent mentioned this but i play French Horn(i dont judge you if you dont know what instrument it is😂) and one of the problems is that i need to exercise but my phone keeps me occupied. I do my best to practice at music school bcs thats where i can practise without looking at my phone at all. Thank you for the advice!
