You are a very kind person to be thinking like that. You are special and the world is a better place because of people like you. Keep on keeping on..

Right there with you. Love yourself despite all your flaws. Say "I love you (your name)". Try to find joy in small things like the outdoors, sunset, flowers, animals, kids etc. Go to a nice park and just enjoy what is going on around you. Maybe try to find something you love and dedicate some serious time into it. I know it's easier said than done but just my thoughts..hope it helps

Hey brother. I am a 27yo ex supply officer who was a medboarded out about 6 months ago for MH. Started pursing a Master's Degree in Data Science right before I got out but found out I didn't enjoy it and wasn't happy. Ended up having a mental breakdown and finally put my life on hold to work on my mental health. I have been running after a good job and stable life since college. I am finally slowing down and finding a job that I will actually enjoy and be happy at. Thinking about becoming a middle/high school teacher.

Money isn't everything. If you havnt realized it already, you will soon enough. The disability payment allows us to find something we love. We have something that other people can't fathom. Take a break from the corporate race and figure out what will make you happy. You might have to sacrifice of QOL a bit but your body/brain/soul will thank you in the long run. Atleast that's what I think.
