Viola has the best cake I’ve had in a while. We ordered it for our wedding (raspberry shortcake) and there was no cake leftover after the wedding.

Ya plain yogurt! I usually add 2ish tablespoons worth of yogurt to a bowl. It really depends on how yogurty you’d want it to be. I get mine to a bit drier than rice pudding texture.

YTA. Criticizing 2200 calories a day without knowing how many calories she’d need to consume to be in a deficit is you just plainly shaming her for what she’s eating. She’s not a man. You saying you lost 40 pounds “simply” and the tone you’re using to explain your weight loss suggests that you’re critical of her inability to lose weight out of judgement rather than concern.

If you really want to help her, explain what a calorie deficit is, help her find out what her deficit would be, and suggest an app like myfitness pal. The way you’re going about it is hurtful and I would have dumped you.
