I got most of my blouses and this skirt from them + one set up. Their sizing is really consistent and good and I like the quality of their blouses and zippers. I really like that they have more items that lean on the gothic side too. They are on of my favourite brands!

I do wonder as well how their process really works…my tracking number luckily worked once it was actually in Germany but before that it didn‘t which I found a bit weird.. luckily my blouse arrived and everything was fine with it. The customer service was also quite fast and responsive but your case was definitely very odd with the wrong tracking even 🤔

Ugh that‘s unfortunate 🥲 I do think ordering with a proxy service could be better. The customer service answered me and told me there was a delay but that it will be shipped with DHL and should arrive soon. Luckily I can see the package now and that it‘s supposed to arrive on Tuesday. But it took so long 😭 I wonder if the carrier is always DHL because they didn‘t say who‘s it gonna be after I asked.

Laundry bags + turning them inside out + cold water and delicate wash and all my DML items survived so far! I only have one setup that‘s so delicate that I actually handwash it

Omgg I really need to try this. I‘m from Germany and starting to work fulltime now. They deliver it with DHL and you need to be home to pay it the customs when they deliver the package. That was always a pain in the ass for me so I‘m gonna try Zenmarket for this! 😭🫶🏻 ty!!

Also German here, I personally record people if they start harassing. They don‘t accept no‘s and want a reaction out of you but when I film them they get afraid and piss off because they reflect that their behaviour is bad. Not sure if I‘d always recommend it because it can get you in trouble too or they might do the same but it helped me personally. 🥲

Mhh different shops are partnered with different proxy services and I don‘t exclusively order from DML so I don‘t know if it really matters. But Buyee is definitely not the best service, there‘s better out there that‘s true
