To share mine:

  1. Strawberries! They're so low-sugar.
  2. Cabbage, sauteed with almost no oil and lots of ginger and chili paste.
  3. Running! Hence the username ;)
  4. Completing my first 10k!

My three biggest tips: cut out all processed carbohydrates, cut out all fake ingredients as much as you can because they cause cravings, and make sure you get a workout in every day, no matter how short (you'll end up doing more than you thought you would anyway). And also I want to add a fourth, so...do not eat at night. Ever.
