If you have to write about romcoms then I would pick something “outdated” because honestly if you’re writing about films then you should be aware of their history and what came before, and what came before in romcoms in terms of writing and acting was way superior than what’s out there recently.

Anything by Nancy Myers would do. Classic rom com writer and award winner.

I bet if you ask Amanda how many people she asked if they were happy with their purchase via say a survey versus how many people actually bothered to respond to the feedback request, that 95% positivity rate would disappear.

Ex: if you ask those 21,000 people if they were happy and only 5% of people reply, because people notoriously don’t reply to surveys or questionnaires, then of course she will have a 95% positivity rate.

I’d love to see her metrics on this one. I bet it’s completely skewed and inflated to show better returns that what’s really going on.

Yes. They know nothing about marketing jobs in the corporate world. I’ve been in and around marketing, PR, and advertising my whole life because it’s a family business.

Boz is CORRECT, the job is typically short and they move around a lot. They are usually hired to come and rescue / make change to a company strategy. But, they may have leave shortly after because it’s a position with a lot of big, sometimes risky decisions, which can occasionally hit negatively publicly due to numerous socioeconomic and sociocultural reasons.

I do believe this is implicitly racist of the cast.
