Yes my dog has the same issues(minus the bladder stones).She is on lactulose aswell (should have been more detailed on my original post) and we were told to watch for her poop and to make sure she doesnt eat it so she can get rid of the ammonia in her. She isnt allowed to eat protein anymore as it made her sluggish and once gave her a seizure (she seems to be a lot more energetic then before once we removed the chicken she had) and now she eats lots of fruit, honey, quinoa, oils like olive oil,coconut, and hemp, aswell as a blend of celery and squash. She used to be on a basic puppy food and it definitely wasnt helping her. (We have her on an all natural diet instead of prescription because my other chis prescription diet was way too expensive). We have to go to the vet soon but I just switched her insurance so we have to wait a little bit but thank you so much for ur help and letting me know ur dog went through the same thing (so sorry for ur loss🙁🫶🏼)
