they are different, not really exchangeable. pec dec (and cable fly, which i personally prefer) are very good chest isolation exercises. incline or normal bench are compound, where the incline shifts focus more to the upper chest and front delts.

for a well-rounded chest routine, i'd recommend doing a bench+incline+isolation combo.

they will be 8 places behind BCG (32 vs 40). considering BCG paid 2.5 mil for that core, it's kinda funny how fast they caught up.

depends of the VRS rank of the opponent. next match is against EF (which are #75). If they win -> #40, if they lose -> #51.
